1968 Australian home. Some Ruska. Teak furniture. Native Australian gardens. Splashes of Marimekko. Rimini blue Bitossi. 50s, 60s and 70s homes. House plants and succulents. Woody Allen. The occasional appearance by some Solid Gold Dancers. That's what you'll find here. And lashings of chutzpah thrown-in for good measure. Pull up a Suekichi Uchida and make yourself at home.

Right. Next phase.
Hullo,
This is the next phase.
I'll try to make this blog a little bit different.
I had to look up "chutzpah" in my Oxford d.
ReplyDeleteNot a word I throw around a lot in conversation.
Audatious?
Yes. Take me to your leader.
It's of Yiddish origin. I don't use it that often. Only in my head.
ReplyDeleteMust be all the Woody Allen movies I've seen.
I did consult a personal Jewish authority I have, to ensure I wasn't going to offend anyone by using it. I was assured not.
I admire your chutzpah! Write on!!!
ReplyDeleteLet's break bread.
ReplyDeleteI love the word chutzpah. It's the Woody and the inner Jewish mother in us. Makes me come over all Yentl like!
ReplyDeleteYou crack me up, Carmel. Nothing new there! So glad to be in your posse ☺. J x
